A COVID-19 Update from DevDigital

At DevDigital, our core values focus on doing the right thing and taking care of our clients, staff and community. With so much attention being called to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to take a moment to assure you that we are taking extensive steps to ensure the safety of our clients, staff, and community, while also driving business forward with little to no interruption in project timelines.

We know that you all have chosen DevDigital to bring your ideas to life, to create platforms to make your companies more efficient, or to supplement your in-house development teams. We do not take this lightly, and even with all the unknowns out there, moving forward and working on your projects is not one of these unknowns.

Business / Client Meetings -- DevDigital is encouraging all client and staff meetings to occur via phone or video communication in an effort to promote social distancing during this uncertain time. While we realize that this is not always possible, we do want assure you that this will remain an option in defending ourselves against the spread of the illness. We are encouraging all of our employees to keep meetings with their clients.

Working From Home -- Please know that we have contingency plans in place for both our Nashville and India offices, and our Management Team is working hard to ensure that we are prepared for any work scenario. We are fortunate to work in an industry that allows remote work to continue without disruption in business. We are confident that this will not impact project deadlines, milestones or client deliverables.

Communication -- We are encouraging our staff to be open in communicating with our clients and with each other about any issues we may have in meeting our deadlines on existing and new projects. If you feel, at any time, that our commitment to communication has wavered, please reach out to amanda@devdigital.com with your concerns to be addressed in a timely manner.

DevDigital will leverage our many strengths to pull through and overcome these challenges, just as we have done many times in the past. Thank you for your understanding and consideration during this time of uncertainty. We look forward to working with you as we continue to monitor the situation closely and advise of changes and/or updates.
